Refund Policy

This Refund Policy explains how Truecreative handles cancellations, withdrawals, and refunds for Herbovascor orders placed via our channels, in line with EU consumer protection rules and Finnish national implementation.

Right of withdrawal

If you are a consumer in the European Union, you generally have fourteen days to withdraw from a distance contract without giving reasons, starting the day after you receive the goods, unless an exception applies.

Condition of returns

To exercise your right, goods should be returned in a condition consistent with normal inspection, with seals intact where applicable. We may reduce reimbursement if value has diminished beyond what is necessary to establish nature and function.

Reimbursement timing

We will reimburse payments received within fourteen days from receiving your withdrawal notice or goods, whichever is later, using the same means of payment unless you agree otherwise.

Defective or non-conforming goods

If an item is faulty, you may have statutory remedies including repair, replacement, price reduction, or contract termination under applicable consumer sales rules.

Data retention
